Filling out disclosures is one of the most important things you do as a seller. In answering the questions remember you can’t “over disclose”. A good rule of thumb is, if you were buying your home, what would you want to know about it. Especially important, is any and all water intrusion from a sprinkler, washing machine overflow, bathtub, roof, or leaky pipe. For any question we are always here to help.
