Active Marketing Plan
There are over 100 specific tasks involved in a successful Real Estate transaction. From premarketing to showing schedules and follow-up, reviewing market competition, negotiating offers, inspections/disclosures to final walk throughs and closing. Any timeline missed or role not performed can cost a client time and money. Having a licensed team working for you, under my direction, is the key to a successful experience. I am your agent. My job is to go through your property with you to discuss pricing, staging and the marketing plan to get you the highest price possible in your time frame. Then myself and the best team in the business go to work for you!
Our Marketing Plan:
❱ “Pre-market” your home to agents and buyers that have expressed interest in homes similar to yours. Creating excitement and interest for your home before we start to show it is one of the most important things I can do.
❱ Prepare/Stage your home and do professional photography which is sent to these prospective buyers/agents.
❱ Target Ads via Facebook and Google to buyer demographics matched to your home.
❱ Directly call buyers and agents about your home. These are usually prospects that have come from selling similar homes and new prospects that come from marketing yours.
❱ Call all agents after their showing to guide you with feedback.
❱ Send your home to my client base of over 7,000 people.
❱ Weekly feedback calls to review activity & strategy.
❱ Social Media Campaign & Zillow Premier Agent.
❱ Target email your brochure.
❱ Network Group & RE/MAX Agent meetings.
❱ Open House Options.
❱ Auto MLS updates for you based on your neighborhood to monitor our activities.
❱ Internet Marketing at the Highest Level.
Internet Marketing means more than just great photograpy. Being on the 1st page of a Google search or spending thousands with Zillow means more buyers for you! A Sales Team that responds immediately means more showings for you! Effectively using the internet to market your home can be THE difference between getting a good offer…or not.
Once in escrow, Lindsay Gonyea is your point of contact. She will coordinate everything with the escrow officer (arrange termite, physical and appraisal inspections, order title insurance, check escrow instructions, etc.). All you need to do is fill out your disclosures, sign escrow instructions/grant deed and tell us how and where you want your proceeds delivered.
